AI is causing a wipeout of white-collar jobs of all types, especially in creative fields, including software development, which has been hit particularly hard.
This is not news to anyone, and we all feel anxiety about the situation to one extent or another. This includes us at BuildShift. We are a technology company, so we use AI. But we feel personally the impact on employment, which is both broad and deep, and we’re trying to do something about it.
We are building a powerful new team of technicians, builders and innovators. In today’s work, one must adapt and make the best of things. We believe we’re making the best of things in a way that generates interesting business opportunities as well as providing a training ground for individuals or organizations to learn our strategies and take it home.
